  1. Purchasing and Distribution

This version of NotifyMail is a time expiring demo. You are allowed 3 weeks to try the NotifyMail demo and the companion Configure NotifyMail. If you choose to use these programs after that time, you must purchase NotifyMail. NotifyMail may be distributed by any electronic means as long as the instructions, the NotifyMail extension, the Configure NotifyMail program, and the DragStrip Addition are in the archive. If you would like to place NotifyMail on a CD-ROM, you must send NotifyMail Software a copy of the CD-ROM without charge (you can't even charge us for shipping and handling). If you would like to place NotifyMail on any other media, you must get prior permission from NotifyMail Software (info@notifymail.com).

  12. All educational users and users at non-profit organizations are entitled to a 15% discount on all registrations (government users are excluded from this discount). You must have an email address on a server at the school or non-profit organization.

You can also purchase NotifyMail via email if you pay with a credit card. Simply choose Email Purchase from the Purchasing menu in Configure NotifyMail and a dialog box will come up asking for some information. Your credit card will be billed as NotifyMail Software. You will receive your registration code via return email in a few days. If you are an educational users, please remember to take the 15% discount when filling in the price. Only choose this option if you are paying by credit card!

After we receive your payment, we will send you a registration name and code that you will enter into the Registration Box in Configure NotifyMail. You will then be able to use NotifyMail after the initial 3 week demo period. Please keep this registration code as you will need it for future upgrades.

  56. Warranty    
  57. There is absolutely NO warranty, guarantee, hint, suggestion or anything else that NotifyMail will work in all situations. NotifyMail worked fine on an SE/30 running under System 7.1 and on a Quadra 660 AV under System 7.5.1. It currently operates flawlessly on a PowerComputing PowerWave 604/150 and has been tested on various other machines. We will do our best to help you get this program running on your machine, but we make no promises. Support for this product is available by email only to support@notifymail.com

Scott Gruby, d.b.a. NotifyMail Software hereby disclaims all warranties relating to this software, whether express or implied, including without limitation any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.  Scott Gruby will not be liable for any special, incidental, consequential, indirect or similar damages due to loss of data or any other reason, even if Scott Gruby or his agent has been advised of the possibility of such damages.  In no event shall Scott Gruby be liable for any damages, regardless of the form of the claim.  The person using the software bears all risk as to the quality and performance of the software. My employer is in no way connected with this product.
